Tips for Entering
Don’t Wait Until the Last Minute—Enter Early!
Many exhibitors put off completing their entries until the last minute, but procrastination can lead to costly mistakes. Rushing increases the risk of errors, system crashes, or missing crucial deadlines. Even worse, if you have a question outside business hours, assistance may not be available.
To ensure a smooth entry process, review the Fair Book for detailed instructions and submit your forms as soon as possible.
Accuracy Matters
Take your time filling out each required field carefully. Double-check your information before moving forward—what you enter will be printed on your exhibit tags. Also, be sure your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email) are correct so we can reach you if needed.
Set yourself up for success—enter early, enter accurately, and enjoy the fair with peace of mind!
