Submitting a Paper Entry Form

1. Fill out the form based on the type of entry. Please note that Junior (4-H/FFA) Exhibitors must enter online.

2. Submit your paper entry form to the Coconino County Parks & Recreation Office.

3. If you enter into Open Livestock, staff will contact you to pay for your entries. Please note there is a non-refundable credit card processing fee. To avoid the fee, pay by cash or check.

Fair Book

Stay tuned for the 2025 Coconino County Fair Book! The Fair Book includes all the classes, prizes, judging criteria, schedule, and more for the Coconino County Fair, held at Fort Tuthill County Park over Labor Day Weekend (August 29 - September 1, 2025).

Tips for Entering

Many exhibitors wait until the last minute to complete the entry process. Do not procrastinate. When exhibitors are in a hurry, errors are made or computers decide to crash.  Even worse is when you have a question after hours and no one is available to help. All information on how to enter an exhibit is available in the Fair Book, so get your forms filled out and your questions answered as soon as possible!

Fill out each required field slowly and accurately. Double check your typing before moving on. The information you enter is what will be printed on the entry tags that go on your exhibit(s) during the fair. In case we need to contact you, be sure things like your name, address, phone number, and email address are entered correctly.

FAQ

1. My entry says Title is required. What do I put there?

   Please put N/A if you feel a required field isn’t applicable. Staff will contact you if we need additional information.

2. Where can I find information on the Livestock Auction?

   The Livestock Auction is operated by the Northern Arizona Junior Livestock Association. You can learn more at their website, www.NAJLAsite.org or in the Fair Book.
